General Terms and Conditions.

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to everything between the Fahrschule S.U.V. GmbH(hereinafter referred to as “driving school”) and the training contracts concluded with the trainee (hereinafter referred to as “learner driver”) as well as for all other services provided by the driving school.

(2) Deviating, conflicting or supplementary conditions do not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.

(1) The subject of the training contract is the theoretical and practical training in the agreed driving license class(es) up to the presentation for the theoretical and practical examination.

(2) The training is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Driving Instructors Act (FahrlG), the Driver Training Regulations (FahrschAusbO) and the Driving License Ordinance (FeV) in their current version.

(3) The minimum number of compulsory special driving hours is stipulated by law and is met in every case. The number of additional practice hours required depends on the individual learning level and progress of the learner driver.

(1) The training contract is concluded by signing the training contract and accepting it by the driving school. Pre-registration online via the website is a non-binding request; A contract is only created when it is signed.

(2) Requirements for registration: complete personal information, valid identification document, eye test, first aid certificate and biometric photo - these are required for the application to the TÜV / driving license office.

(3) For underage learner drivers, the written consent of a legal guardian is required.

(1) The prices valid at the time the contract is concluded apply according to the driving school's price list (see Price list). All prices are final prices including statutory sales tax.

(2) The basic fee is due at the start of the training. Driving lessons, special trips, presentation fees for theoretical and practical exams as well as other services will be invoiced after they have been provided or must be paid no later than the day of the exam.

(3) Accepted means of payment: cash payment, EC card payment, bank transfer. In the event of late payment, the driving school reserves the right to charge reminder fees and late payment interest at the statutory rate.

(1) The following promotional conditions also apply to pre-registrations received up to and including September 15, 2026. The time of receipt of the advance registration is decisive. The Summer Special runs from August 3rd, 2026 to September 15th, 2026 and immediately follows the online offer from July 28th to August 2nd, 2026; the promotional prices are identical in both periods. The associated competition runs until September 15, 2026 and therefore at the same time as the promotional prices. • Promotion period: The promotion prices are valid until September 15, 2026; The decisive factor is receipt of the online pre-registration by September 15, 2026 at the latest. The Summer Special runs from August 3rd, 2026 to September 15th, 2026 and immediately follows the online offer from July 28th - August 2nd, 2026 - the prices (99 € / 20 €) are identical in both periods.
• Reduced registration fee of €99 instead of the regular €249 — exclusively for a new registration of class B including its variants B197, B78, BF17 and B96. Class BE is excluded from the offer. Refresher trips, extensions and changes are also excluded; The regular prices still apply here.
• Note according to § 11 PAngV on the registration fee: The lowest total price in the 30 days before the start of the promotion was €49 (as part of the follow-up offer from June 9th to July 18th, 2026); the regular normal price outside of promotions is €249.
• Learning material (learning app) for €20 instead of the regular €49. Note according to § 11 PAngV: The lowest total price in the 30 days before the start of the promotion was also €20 (follow-up offer from June 9th to July 18th, 2026); the regular normal price outside of promotions is €49.
• With us, changing driving schools is permanently free of charge (€0) - there is no new admission or registration fee. This is our regular normal price and not a time-limited promotional service.
• ADAC membership: 1 year of free ADAC membership for all driving students who successfully complete their driving training in our driving school - regardless of the promotional period and therefore not a time-limited promotional benefit. The benefit is granted upon completion of the training. Non-payable, non-transferable.
• Driving lessons are excluded from the Summer Special and normally cost €65 per 45 minutes (practice and special trips); Class BE driving lessons cost €70. Also excluded: presentation for the practical test (€200, including vehicle position) and the intensive course. The presentation for the theoretical exam is free of charge.
• The promotional price stated at the time of pre-registration is decisive; he remains bound for the entire training period. After the promotion ends, the regular prices apply again. No cash payment, no combination with other promotions or discounts.
• Competition for Summer Special: The competition runs from August 3rd, 2026 to September 15th, 2026, i.e. until the same day as the promotional prices. A MacBook Neo (1st prize), a voucher worth €500 (2nd prize) and a voucher worth €250 (3rd prize) will be raffled off. The vouchers are exclusively for practical lessons at the S.U.V. driving school. Redeemable up to 3 months after the date of issue and only from the 6th driving lesson. A cash payment is excluded and legal action is excluded.
• All people who register with us during the campaign period or who switch to us from another driving school are eligible to take part in the competition, as well as those who are already active practical driving students with us and who have completed at least 6 driving lessons with us. Participation is permitted from the age of 16, is automatic and free of charge; Only one participation is possible per person. Employees of Fahrschule S.U.V. GmbH and their relatives are excluded. The winners will be chosen at random after the end of the promotional period and will be notified via Instagram, email or telephone; If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new draw will be carried out. (2) The promotional prices cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. A cash payment of promotional benefits or credits is excluded. After the promotional period has ended, the regular prices apply again Price list.

(3) Promotions that have already been completed remain binding for the pre-registrations received at that time: Anyone who has pre-registered during the period of the reopening promotion (May 30th - June 8th, 2026), the follow-up offer (June 9th - July 18th, 2026) or the online offer (July 28th - August 2nd, 2026) will retain the price stated at the time of their pre-registration the action benefits promised at the time for the entire duration of his training. A later offer does not replace or shorten these promises.

(1) Appointments for driving lessons are arranged individually. A free cancellation by the learner driver is due no later than 48 hours before the agreed appointment possible. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the full driving hour will be charged - unless the learner driver can prove that the cancellation was through no fault of their own (e.g. illness with a medical certificate).

(2) The driving school is entitled to cancel or reschedule appointments for important reasons (e.g. illness of the driving instructor, vehicle breakdown, force majeure). In this case, an alternative date will be offered; There are no further claims.

(3) Driving lessons generally begin and end at the driving school. If the driving instructor is late by more than 15 minutes, the student driver does not have to wait any longer; the hour will not be charged in this case. If the student driver is late by more than 15 minutes without canceling in a timely manner, the lesson is considered missed and a charge will be made.

(1) The student driver undertakes to regularly attend theory lessons and to actively participate in the learning process.

(2) Before each driving lesson, the ability to drive is a prerequisite - in particular no impairment due to alcohol, drugs or medication that restricts the ability to drive. If the student driver is clearly under such influence or if there are other justified doubts about their ability to drive, the driving school is entitled to exclude him/her from lessons. In this case, loss compensation amounting to three quarters of the hourly driving fee will be charged.

(3) The learner driver is obliged to immediately report changes to personal data (address, telephone, email) as well as health restrictions that could affect their ability to drive.

(1) The driving school undertakes to provide proper training in accordance with legal regulations and to employ qualified, certified driving instructors.

(2) The vehicles correspond to the current state of the art and are regularly maintained.

(1) The training contract can be terminated by either side at any time without notice. Termination must be in writing (letter, email).

(2) In the event of termination, services already provided (driving lessons, special trips, interview fees) must be paid in full. Depending on the time of termination, the driving school is entitled to the following share of the basic amount:

• 1/5 - if termination before the start of the training,
• 2/5 — after the start but before a third of the minimum teaching units,
• 3/5 – after a third but before two thirds,
• 4/5 - after two thirds but before completion of the theoretical training,
• full basic amount - after completion of the theoretical training.

(3) Already issued training materials and activated access (e.g. learning app) remain with the learner driver and will not be refunded.

(1) The driving school is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health that are based on a negligent breach of duty by the driving school or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of the driving school.

(2) The driving school is only liable for other damages in the event of intent and gross negligence, as well as in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which the student driver can regularly rely on. In this case, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

(3) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

The driving school processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Processing details are ours Privacy Policy to be removed.

(1) If you as a consumer conclude a contract by means of distance selling (e.g. completely online, without being personally present at the driving school), you have a statutory right of withdrawal 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation declaration in writing on time.

(2) If you expressly request that the driving school begin training before the cancellation period has expired, in the event of cancellation you will owe compensation for the services already provided up to that point (proportionate to the agreed total price).

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) Place of performance and – to the extent permitted by law – exclusive place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.

(3) If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The statutory regulation shall replace the invalid provision.

(4) The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
